About Rhys McKay:

Greetings! I'll be playing Rhys McKay at Drachenfest this year. Rhys is a human who was "cursed" by a lesser dragon in his home fey wild plane. Though this curse threatened Rhys' sanity, a chance meeting with a kindred fae sorceress and her assistance helped him take out this lesser dragon, stop the curse progression, and save him from madness. The curse was halted, but not reversed and can sometimes be seen in Rhys' more impulsive decisions and, well, the occasional big, reptilian legs.

Rhys and the sorceress Tylwyth now roam the fey wilds, looking for coin and company. Mercenaries to some, helping hands to others, bane to only the worst! Their travels took them to Drachenfest 2022 and they made so many good friends and had adventures they still recount to this day! They're very excited to make there way back to Drachenfest 2024 as members of the blue camp once again!

What I'm looking for at Drachenfest 2024:

Mostly just adventure and stories I can bring back home! If you've got a scheming plan to sneak into another camp or a fantastical ritual that needs help, wild shenanigans, or kind actions; Rhys is game for ALL of that! The only thing that'll stop me from joining you is if I'm already busy with another silly plan or if I'm eating. Food comes first! I also absolutely ADORE theatric fighting. Actual boffer-style fighting I could take or leave, but being able to get real dramatic with it is just so much fun. Bonus points if it devolves into hand-to-hand!
