I do have a character now!

Atrast vala! I'm Sara (she/her), and I'll be playing Zaryn Astarte, a casteless dwarf from the revived thaig Kal'Hirol, one of the great underground Dwarva cities in Thedas (Dragon Age).

By all appearances I seem to be a typical noble hunter, but those paying attention may notice that I don’t seem to be financially desperate enough to put more than casual effort into finding myself a Patron. In fact, are there really that many noble hunters whose skill sets include lockpicking and disappearing into a crowd? How curious. Maybe don't look too closely into it, eh salroka? 😘

That aside, I'm genuinely pleased to meet you! My interests include general hedonism, the arts, gambling, acquiring interesting/fancy/expensive trinkets (especially as gifts!), developing my skills, and dodging nosey questions. Even if you can't help me out with one or all of those things, I'm still excited to get to know all about you and your fellow surface dwellers!

WHAT I'M UP FOR

• adventures! partying! goofs and japes! committing to the bit!

• the power of FRIENDSHIP!

• tagging along on other people's adventures just to see where things go

• sneaky stuff, but not in like a "i want to be the secret mastermind" kind of way, more like a "omg can i really get away with this??" kind of way

• learning about other characters' homes and worlds, especially other dwarves!

• trading/giving away little trinkets and such (i will absolutely come up with origin stories for items)

• healthy communication such that facilitates flirting and romance plots! do feel free to contact me to discuss if interested

SECRETS

• as one of the casteless, harbors general revolutionary sentiment and antagonism towards ruling classes

• This is her first time outside of her thaig, and she's actually kind of nervous. she doesn't know how things work topside...what if nobody likes her? what if she falls into the SKY??

• Her real money in Kal'Hirol comes from involvement in a very specific black market, one that makes little sense to topsiders...unless you have familiarity with the intricacies of Dwarven society in the Dragon Age universe.

I don't have a character figured out yet at all but I bought a ticket for Blue Camp so here I am. been a few LARPs before. I have a history of developing overambitious in-game projects, like newspapers, black markets, and taverns, at the expense of not having any discernable character arc or any scenes. I'd like to not do that this time. So, like. If you need someone for scenes. Please let me know 😊
