DrachenFest will take place at the Coopers Lake event site. Parking is available at the campground.
Participants must provide their own bedding.
Some common courtesies for joint sleeping in larp that we strongly encourage:
- Keep phones and other modern-day devices and/or cords out of sight
- Hide or cover obviously out-of-character bins or luggage
- Cover obviously out-of-character bedding, for example with a plain, solid-colored flat-sheet
Single-stall showers are available throughout the campsite.
Food considerations: Coopers Lake has many nearby amazing food venues, and food vendors selling individual goods and meals may be present, but we always encourage bringing ones own snacks and meals. There is also a store on site, that offers groceries and camp neccessities.
Accessibility considerations: Wide open spaces with little shade. Roads and paths are paved but do not cover the entire site.

The allotment ticket is your admission ticket, including security deposit (Returned by July 3rd if in good standing). This ticket is only for DrachenFest US staff and Volunteers. Please enter your staff code to zero the cost on checkout. Back-End Organizer ticket is for operations team and coordinators. Avatars and Seconds (Self explanatory, we hope). A OOG referee ticket should be chosen if you are an out of game referee. (Battle, Camp, or Limbus Crew). Guild Tickets are for guild leads. Volunteers would include misc. helpers and or Playsmith Employees. Register accordingly.
